The times when everyone was approximately equal, have gone the past. The revolution gave the Russian people the illusion of equality for only 80 years. That is how much the Soviet Union lasted. So much blood was shed in order to then return to its place. Nowadays, class inequality has flourished with terry flowers. Someone has nothing to buy an apartment for, and someone only thinks about whether to pay for a new field for golf or not? It is curious that the government seriously thinks that we have more middle class. This is even funny, because we have a country of contrasts – either poverty, or wealth. But let’s talk, after all, about the last stratum of the population. The rich want to live without noticing poverty and grayness around them, which is why they surround themselves with high fences with triple guards. They choose the same rich neighbors to themselves, so that there was someone to complain that they have small pearls and sapphires do not delight. Only 5% of the suburban market falls on elite villages consisting of cottages. About 70% is a new building, and 30% is a regular market. Not only the location and quality of the structure, but also a homogeneous social environment are considered signs of elite. New cottage villages near the Kyiv business class highway differ from the villages of De-Lux in that the business class is important to a combination of price and quality, and the de-Lux class, first of all, need a good service. First of all, each village should have, at least a small, shop with a pharmacy, security and service. But all this is in almost every village. In the elite village, the infrastructure should be excessive, and the service – the highest quality. Excessive infrastructure includes golf fields, yacht clubs, equestrian bases, spa-and fitness centers, boat stations, restaurants, their kindergartens. For children, leisure should be well organized. Parents should have the opportunity to hire a tutor or a maid. In the villages with elite housing there should be a certain level of neighborhood. For example, if a whole ski slope is being built in the village, then people should live in it with a common tendency to ski or snowboarding. Of course, to live in a place where everything is is the dream of every person. But such an excess infrastructure makes life in the village 2-3 times more, because you have to pay for pleasure. And the content of yacht clubs and spa centers falls on the shoulders of residents. Since not everyone wants to pay for what he does not use, people are selected by interests. After all, if everyone has yachts, then somewhere they need to ride and hold them. Therefore, every rich man, without regret, will give part of his income for the maintenance of the yacht club-after all, it will be in his interests.
