Carpet is a fairly simple and economical option for flooring. The styling is not whimsical, the only requirement for the base of the floor is cleanliness and a flat surface. You can lay the carpet both independently and using a specialist.
Styling methods:
1. “Free styling” – a method in which the carpet is laid on the base of the floor without glue. In a small room, the flooring is produced in one sheet, leaving 5 – 6 cm under skirting boards, longitudinal cuts are made before laying for simplicity of bending. Carpet is thoroughly leveled and fixed near the doorway – an iron rail. By the way, gas is being sold in cylinders now, many companies buy it.
2. Glue styling. This technique is used with increased cross -country ability. It must be remembered that the qualitative result of the work depends directly on the glue. Laying is also carried out as in the first method, but in this case the carpet is folded in half, one part is applied to glue and divided. After gluing the entire canvas, the carpet is thoroughly leveled with a roller.
3. Stealing with adhesive tape. Used in a small room, but the service life is not durable. Around the perimeter and along, I put a double -sided tape, on which the carpet is glued.
