Water accounting can be carried out, for example, using a tachometric counter. Tachometric meters designed for water accounting today are the most common, due to their favorable price, good metrological characteristics.
Tachometric devices work – due to the accounting of revolutions: impeller – in winged water meters, or turbines – in turbine water meters. The rotating element moves due to the strength of the flowing water. The number of revolutions of the impeller or turbine is proportional to the mass of water passing through the counter.
Path, turbine meters can have a different diameter-winged devices-up to 40 mm, turbine-50-200 mm. Tachometric counters can have one -stringent and multi -strut device.
The advantages of one -stringing water meters include the fact of protection against an external magnetic field. Such a device is sometimes equipped with an impulse output, and due to this there is an opportunity for remote monitoring of readings.
The advantages of multi -strut meters can be ranked by the fact of ease of installation/dismantling when conducting systematic checks of the counter. The front panel can be installed on the level of the decorative surface. The counter can be supplemented with a pulsed output, which makes it possible to read all the testimony at a distance.
