Technical plastin, high -pressure sleeves

The durability of machine -building units that use high -pressure liquid in their work is inconceivable without ensuring the specified parameters of such liquids. Insulating technical plastics in the depreciation, sealing and compaction nodes of various elements always increase the duration of the overhaul cycle, and also reduce the complexity of diagnosis and maintenance.

In the hydraulic nodes of various equipment – from agricultural machinery to powerful metalworking machines – high -pressure sleeves are used. With various executions, the main requirement is their ability to effectively prevent possible leaks of the working environment. This requirement determines the stability of production technology, as well as the use of only high -quality materials.

Classification of technical plastin and the field of their rational use

Rubber seals or rubber materials are distinguished depending on the environment in which they will function. Distinguish the following varieties of technical plastin:

Resistant to temperatures and external chemically aggressive media. Such products withstand temperature differences from -450 to +800C. For their production, both rubber of particularly high resistance and combined materials (rubber+technical fabric) are used; In the latter case, the technical plastin will have a layer structure.

Resistant to oxygen of air and petroleum products: such products are used as sealing elements of oil – and oil pipelines, as well as when working with nitrogen. They have three degrees of hardness: soft, medium and hard.

Sealing for food production units, the main requirement for which is their non -toxicity.

Elements of working devices for cleaning utilities: snow, road mud, etc. They are made of rubber, and to increase wear resistance are reinforced with metal core thread.

Types and technology for the production of high -pressure sleeves

High pressure sleeves that ensure the stability of the work of hydraulic nodes of the equipment are divided into two types:

In the production of high -pressure sleeves, attention is paid not only to the materials from which the reinforcement is made, but also to the quality of their assembly and verification. In this case, the following series of operations is performed:

Preparatory, during which equipment is set up to a certain size of the hoses, the selection of steel shut -off elements is carried out and their preliminary assembly is carried out.

Crimping, as a result of which the necessary tightness of the connection is achieved.

Control, where finished products undergo a selective manufacturing quality check, and tests are carried out under pressure exceeding the nominal at least twice. At the same time, the quality of the surface coating and the sensitivity of the node to pulsating loads are controlled.
