PENOLIMERMINELARAL INSTUCTION OF PPM.

The basis of PPM insulation includes organomineral compounds, which include various chemicals and mineral fillers, taking into account the raw materials of the area. The most common filler is quartz sand.

PPM isolation differs from the PPU in that it is vapor permeable, and if moisture falls under insulation, it heats up from the heat supply and evaporates. Also in this type of isolation there is no waterproof shell.

This type of isolation is a monolithic structure of three layers: the inner layer up to eight mm, protecting from corrosion, the middle layer that performs thermal insulation functions and the outer layer that protects from moisture and mechanical damage.

The advantages of such material are that it has high heat resistance, mechanical strength and reliability. They serve for a long time and retain properties in different hydrogeological conditions. They do not require additional protection against corrosion and moisture. The joints of the system are easily and firmly poured and the quality of the fill in the field is not inferior to the factory. The total cost of the heat supply using PPM isolation is much cheaper than the same insulation with PPU.

But despite all these qualities, the Pak is still given the preference of PPU isolation.
