Perhaps foam concrete is attributed to the most popular building material to build buildings. It is light, fast -fast and its use is very economical. In addition, foam concrete has important qualities for everyday life – it retains heat and is well -isolated sound. Compared to brick in foam concrete, the properties of the heat supply are much better expressed. If we talk about the width of the wall under construction, then the amount of brick here will require much more than foam concrete. After all, the brick wall should be at least 1.5 meters, and from foam concrete – half a meter is enough.
Hinged ventilated facade
Hinged facade as building material has many pros and cons, both in construction itself and in the future use. The components of the elements are attached to the wall – a heater, a frame and a film that carries a windproof and vapor -permeable function. To the frame that can be ordered here, on special mounts, cladding slabs are fixed, which are installed in such a way that the airspace remains between the thermal insulation layer and the sheathing.
This structure retains the balance of water vapor, which pass through the walls of the building. This excludes the possible frequent repair work of the walls. But touching the lack of a hinged ventilated facade, it is worth paying attention to the fact that the created gap can adversely affect the thermal insulation of the structure throughout the strengthening.
Low temperatures can fall directly into the insulation layer, destroying it. But the mounted windproof film that interferes with the heat of the heat prevents this destruction. Therefore, if you live in strong winds, the choice should be stopped at another more suitable facing building material.
