Features of washing the heat exchangers of the boilers

Heating systems are not only complex, but also to some extent dangerous devices. But this refers primarily to those cases when the rules of their operation are violated. For example, one of the main conditions for the stable operation of the boiler is to carry out periodic cleaning of the heat exchanger. The fact is that over time, pollution occurs on its walls. Salt, iron elements and other pollutants can act as them. Settling on the surface of the heat exchanger, they significantly reduce its effectiveness. This means that you have to spend more fuel. At the same time, such a situation can lead to a real accident.

Therefore, it becomes clear that cleaning needs to be carried out regularly and competently. There are several options for its implementation. But still, in most cases, flushing heat exchangers is selected using special chemicals. The advantage of this method is that it acts as a very effective and at the same time incredibly economical. But there are some difficulties in this process.

Such washing is carried out using a variety of reagents that allow you to remove the scale formed during the reactions that arise in the boiler. Most often turn to the so -called acid flushing. In this option, the scale is removed using acid solutions. The method is quite effective.

Typically, the work on cleaning boilers of chemical flushing methods is not performed manually, on the help of special installations. They use sulfur or nitric acid. But still, those chemicals by which cleaning will be carried out are determined directly on the basis of what nature of the heat exchanger pollution. In each case, the active components are selected individually.
